Online Pole Powers lessons will include strenuous physical activity including fitness exercises, spins, tricks, muscular strength and endurance activities.
You are advised to begin with a warm up before every workout and end with a cool down, these are available to follow as videos online.
As with any exercise, certain risks and discomforts may apply. Such risks simply cannot be eliminated, without jeopardising the essential qualities of the activity.
The risks involved in Pole Power fitness sessions may include but are not limited to: abnormal blood pressure, fainting, dehydration, nausea, light headedness, slipping or falling to the ground from the pole, acute muscle/and joint pain, pulled muscles and more chronic conditions such as tendonitis.
We recommend you have a friend or family member around whilst you train as a safety precaution.
