Pole Power Academy - Kelly Morgan provides education content in the form of video tutorials and live lessons. These sessions will include strenuous physical activity including fitness exercises, spins, tricks, muscular strength and endurance activities. Due to being an online resource, Pole Power Academy - Kelly Morgan can not be physically present to spot members and keep them safe and therefore cannot be held responsible for any training they choose to do in relation to the content provided.
The risks involved in Pole Power Academy online sessions may include but are not limited to: abnormal blood pressure, fainting, dehydration, nausea, lightheadedness, slipping or falling to the ground from the equipment, acute muscle/and joint pain, pulled muscles and more chronic conditions such as tendinitis. Every effort will be made to minimise these risks by ensuring there are adequate warm up and cool down sessions. It is recommended that members seek physical face to face training with a qualified instructor for their safety and not to take unnecessary risks.
I understand that by signing up as a member of Pole Power Academy - Kelly Morgan and participating in the live and pre-recorded lessons that the content provided is purely for education purposes and I am entirely responsible for my own training and the risks associated with it. This includes slips and falls, failing equipment or anything else that could cause harm, therefore I will not hold Pole Power Academy - Kelly Morgan liable.
I understand that live lessons have a limited availability with booking essential, there is no guarantee for a space.
I understand that I cannot participate in live lessons if I am injured, pregnant or had a baby or operation in the last 12 eeks.
I understand I can withdraw from my membership at any time, by simply cancelling before the next payment is due.
